Q: What is your product made of? 

A: All of our products are made from 16 ga cold rolled steel sourced from right here in the USA

Q: Will they rust? 

A: We powder coat all products to ensure their durability. With that being said, our products are made of steel so if the coating is chipped off down to the bare steel it could rust.  If you do drop or otherwise damage your sign where the coating is compromised we would recommend touching up the exposed bare steel area so that it will not start to rust.

Q: What is Powder Coating? 

A: Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. 

Q: What is the recommended care procedure? 

A: Clean with a mild dish soap, water, and towel. Do not use anything you would not use on your car. Although not necessary a spray detailer could be used to help keep your art clean and provide additional protection from UV if it is displayed in the direct sun.

Q: Do you take phone orders? 

A: NO. Due to identity theft, we do not accept phone orders.  All Payments run through our secure payment system for your protection.

Q: Do you offer returns?  

    • Each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders.

      Please note; 

        • Every item is handmade by us just for you at the time of order. We start working on your order within 24 hours of receipt. 
            • We stand behind our artisanship, if an error is made on our part, we will go to every effort to provide a resolution, 
                • We cannot remake items that were made as ordered. So, we ask that you review the details of your order such as:  color charts, item description & shipping tab (processing times) prior to purchase to ensure your satisfaction. 

                  Q: Who do you use to ship and what is your shipping time.

                  A: We ship either USPS Priority or UPS. Try as we may, we cannot predict the shipping times. Many circumstances out of our control do not allow us to guarantee how long shipping will take. Only that we will ship it within the period we stated.

                  Q:  Is hardware included for hanging the art?

                  A:  Hardware is not included with your purchase. We do offer Door Hangers, sign standoff kits, vinyl siding clips and magnetic hanging kits. All of our signs will have mounting holes incorporated into the design to make it easy to hang as well.

                  Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

                  A: We are a fast-paced shop, we process your order quickly because of this you have 2 hours from the time you place your order to cancel.
